All returned merchandise must be in "brand new" condition by our assessment and must be returned in original boxes and packaging. Hairs, dirt, odors, or stains on any item are not acceptable returns. A 10% restocking fee may be applied, depending on condition.
All exchanges must be accompanied by the original sales receipt. Clearance items and custom ordered pieces are not returnable or exchangeable. We cannot accept returns without a prior return authorization, so you must contact us before returning the item, otherwise your package cannot be accepted.
